We want you to be happy. So, returns are generally accepted – though; we may ask why in order to understand how we could better supply you in the future. Certainly, we don’t want to have product for sale that isn’t living up to the expectations of our customers. Please, get in touch, have a chat.
However, like any business, we do need to draw a line somewhere, so here it is below…
Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please – check the product when you receive it to make sure it is what you expected.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a resalable condition. As close as possible to new, please. Original packaging, all the manuals, accessories and so on. It may not suit you, but might be perfect for someone else – let’s make sure they get what they were expecting as well.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, or back to us without at least getting in touch first – depend on the situation, we might make other arrangements that work better for you.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Unfortunately, can’t claim the money back from the freight company either.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
